The best drinks for the morning

It stimulates the production of endorphins (happiness hormones), contains epicatechin, a substance that protects the body from stomach ulcers, diabetes, stroke and heart attack, and cancer tumors. There are restrictions on consumption of cocoa: it is not recommended for children under three years, as well as all who suffer from diarrhea, atherosclerosis, diabetes, sclerosis. Cocoa butter is a high calorie drink, so if you are obese you eat it should not be.

Start the morning with a glass of jelly, fruit or vegetable juice. Provided that they are prepared with fresh vegetables, fruits and berries. As an invigorating morning drink you can offer honey syrup with cinnamon or ginger. Dissolve a half-teaspoon of ground cinnamon or ginger root in a Cup of boiling water and leave to cool. When the water becomes warm, add a teaspoon of honey. Optionally, you can put a slice of lemon. Not necessarily to cook honey syrup in the morning. You can do it in the evening and store in the refrigerator. In order that the body “woke up” you can drink a glass of ordinary pure water or a glass of water with lemon.
